“Ordering was simple and straightforward. Communication was lacking though. The order was sent to a different address and no email confirming despatch or delivery was received. The information on the website under My Account also gave little clue as to what stage the order was in.”

Hi! Glad you liked the product and the site. Sorry information about the order didn't reach you. I can see an email confirming the order was sent Dec 21 and an order confirming despatch on Dec 22. Hi, sorry that you did not get it in time for Christmas. Normal delivery time is 3-6 working days and it was shipped on the 19th so you were a bit unlucky there and didn't get it on the 5th day delivery on the 24th before Christmas. I hope this doesn't stop you from ordering from us again.
