“Good service - return dealt with quickly”

“I was shopping to replace an older item when I found this company. They had a well-presented website that was easy to navigate, and the photographs were realistic. I was able to match the colour of the item I was replacing. The item was well-made and the fabric was of good quality. The design of their other items looked classy. It was a pleasant shopping experience but I was disappointed by the time taken to receive the item (almost one month after ordering). The order did not arrive in time for the event in which I needed the item. But to be fair, the delay was caused by Royal Mail’s own problems and I could not blame Tieroom. The other delivery options were not economical for a small order. I will shop here again and I can recommend this company to a friend, but with the caveat to place an order in good time.”

Thanks so much for your detailed feedback! Very happy to hear you like our site and our products. The strikes at the Royal Mail have caused our customers and us a lot of grief, but now that the strikes are over, orders are again arriving on time.

“Nice tie, but unfortunately it was way too big. Although the length was adjustable, it did not allow for what I would regard as a standard collar size (16). I had to carry out some minor adjustments before I could use it.”

“Tie quality very good. Delivery took longer than expected because it dispatched from Sweden and had to go through UK customs. I had worried this would mean more expensive fees if return needed but an address in the UK was provided for returns. Return must be paid for by the customer.”

“Products are good quality but knocked a star off because of delivery time, says you are a UK company but message from Royal Mail said delivery was from Sweden, delivery note also mentioned Germany so if you if you want your stuff in a hurry or at the last minute then look elsewhere”

Glad you like the products! We are indeed a Swedish company, nowhere do we claim to be a UK company. We do though have a localized store front and domain for the UK, as it is our biggest market. We are also registered for UK VAT, have a local UK return address and our founders happen to be half British :) Standard mail does take a while to get to the UK. We have the option of 24h delivery via DHL for those in a hurry.

“The tie is great good quality but because of the two added bank holidays ,it arrived just after we left for the wedding on Saturday ,I had a back up ,not your fault just one of those things ,but I’ll save the tie for the next one .Thank you”
