My son got married in October and had all the suits and ties and shirts for the males in the wedding party my son is going to a wedding on 27/12/19 and wanted the pocket scarf to match the tie I was very pleased with the quality and the service.

Delivery was very quick. Pleased with the cravats and silk bow tie. Tweed bow ties were huge though - should have been made clear in advert.

The tie and handkerchief were lovely and the fabric better than expected but it was a gift and the packaging could be better

My wife bought an evening dress to try and match the colour in a Bow tie we turned to Tieroom. Looking through the Tieroom catalogue found a matching colour ordered a sample on it coming through we ordered a bow tie which arrived very quickly perfect service

The products are amazing, great quality and vibrant colours. We ordered them for our wedding and we couldn?t have chosen anything better. I?d genuinely recommend them. However the delivery is the worst I?ve ever experienced (DHL). We placed two orders with Tieroom with a week difference. First time DHL stated we were out and we didn?t care, because we thought they came late in the evening. After checking, we realised we were actually home, but rescheduled the delivery. Upon redelivery, sitting on my sofa I got a text stating that I?m out... they didn?t even ring the bell! We left a complaint with DHL, hence they called us the third time upon arrival. It took them three attempts to be bothered to deliver. The second time we ordered the exact same thing happened. DHL offers a dreadful service, Tieroom would do much better with another courier company. That?s all that?s missing to get 5 stars from everyone.

Ordered August 20th still not arrived today is September 3rd. Contacted tieroom was asked to just keep waiting no apology

Hi Lance,you contacted us Friday gone, and we politely asked you if it was possible for you to wait a few more days, in case it was just a postal delay, due to missorting at the post or similar. If in a hurry we would have immediately arranged a resend, with DHL if necessary, but you concurred, saying you didn't need it until September 12th, and would update us on Tuesday September 4th (tomorrow). You're of course perfectly entitled to be disappointed about a delay, delays are by no means acceptable to us either, which is why we asked for you consent before proceeding as we did. Speedy delivery is one of our key selling points, as well as customer service. We always send orders the same day as ordered, if on a weekday before 14.00, else the first following weekday, so I can assure you we are equally disappointed and frustrated every time postal services don't live up to their end of the bargain. And we always agree to re-sends if a delayed shipment is needed in haste.We'll definitely make sure you have your stuff in time for your event, that much you can count on.best regards
