“Tierooms service was good. I couldn't track my parcel and it wasn't delivered so I called and spoke to Niklaus who found out they had tried to deliver it at 7 in the morning but never rang the buzzer. He sent a new package out by Fedex and it arrived the next day. Well done Niklaus !”

“I thought that the service was good because when I emailed someone got back to me asap regarding my order. And the package arrived in good quality with everything I ordered and right size and colour.”
