“Bit of a hiccup over delivery which was a worry as I needed the goods for a special event, but received excellent customer service in sorting it out. Quality of the goods was great. Would happily use again.”

“Avevo acquistato due self-tie bow-tie, ma ho ricevuto due pre-tied. Ho segnalato il problema via email e mi sono state subito inviate le due bow-tie richieste, assieme ad una busta e ad un refund per le spese di spedizione. Molto cortese e veloce il customer care. il prodotto è sempre di buona qualità”

“Three samples came quickly as purchased. However, when I went to buy the ties one was out of stock. I'm told it will be back within a week and am therefore waiting to buy it.”
