“Good choice of Ties. Incorrect indication of size on the website, tie is very long, with limited adjustment. Shipping took a while as it comes from mainland Europe.”

The length and width of the tie is clearly displayed on each product page. 59" is considered standard length for a tie and fits most people. We do hope we one day can offer it in both shorter and longer lengths so that everyone can find one that fits.

“I am still awaiting delivery of the bow tie - have just received another update from FedEx telling me that delivery is delayed yet again until tomorrow. I strongly suggest you engage the services of a different carrier. The first order went entirely astray and second delivery has been delayed several times. I’m beginning to think I might never receive the item.”

“Received on time and just the colour I expected. Bit disappointed with the 'anchor' type size adjustment (gives only finite adjustment steps) and would prefer a sliding buckle type that can adjust exactly as required. The occasion to wear the bow tie has not yet happened but I'm sure it will do the job!”

“I was shopping to replace an older item when I found this company. They had a well-presented website that was easy to navigate, and the photographs were realistic. I was able to match the colour of the item I was replacing. The item was well-made and the fabric was of good quality. The design of their other items looked classy. It was a pleasant shopping experience but I was disappointed by the time taken to receive the item (almost one month after ordering). The order did not arrive in time for the event in which I needed the item. But to be fair, the delay was caused by Royal Mail’s own problems and I could not blame Tieroom. The other delivery options were not economical for a small order. I will shop here again and I can recommend this company to a friend, but with the caveat to place an order in good time.”

Thanks so much for your detailed feedback! Very happy to hear you like our site and our products. The strikes at the Royal Mail have caused our customers and us a lot of grief, but now that the strikes are over, orders are again arriving on time.

“Nice tie, but unfortunately it was way too big. Although the length was adjustable, it did not allow for what I would regard as a standard collar size (16). I had to carry out some minor adjustments before I could use it.”
