“Although the order was processed and handled efficiently the order was placed on the 27th of November and as of today the 14th of December I have still not received the goods. I understand that the items have been posted to me so can only assume that the delay is down to the postal strikes.”

“I recently purchased a bow tie and pocket square as a gift for my father-in-law. When I placed the order I mentioned that this was an intended gift. My items arrived promptly and beautifully wrapped. My father in law was over the moon with his surprise.
