“I ordered and paid for a tie 14 days ago and I have still not received it. In the past I have bought things direct from China which have arrived faster. Tieroom service is poor.”

Hi Mark, So sorry for the delay. These things don't happen often but sometimes packages get stuck along the way. I can see our support has been in contact and shipped you a new package with express courier that has arrived. Hope the tie reached you in time for when you needed it.
