“delighted The tie is beautiful... but the descriptions of all those ties on your website are works of art. Somebody with a way with words went to a lot of trouble... I called with a query about woven silk and printed silk and spoke to a real person who gave helpful answers!”

“The service was extremely quick and efficient (even though I paid a premium for a delivery within 2-3 days), the quality of the tie purchased was fantastic as was the pocket square. I will be returning again to make future purchases as the selection Tieroom has is fantastic! Highly recommended!”

Hi! We always send the same day as an order is placed (if placed before 14.00). If placed after hours or on a weekend or as in your case, on a holiday, it will be shipped first upcoming working day. Your order was shipped on May 2. Our estimated delivery time is 3-6 working days, so you should have received it May 9 to be within that limit. Sometimes postal services mess up, which is a drag for both you and for us. Fast delivery is normally one of our strong sides. Sorry if you had to wait for too long.

“The service was excellent. I was ordering 7 ties fir a wedding and so it was very important that they arrived on time. Tieroom webt our of their way to make sure I got the ties without any stress. Nothing to criticise about the service. I would certainly use Tieroom again.”

“I wanted a bow-tie and handkerchief for a wedding and Tieroom had a good selection. I picked the Bellbottom Rose as it went with my shirt and my wife's outfit. I ordered it at the last minute and it arrived on time. It was perfect for the occasion and I was pleased to find that it was good quality (pure cotton).”
