“Still waiting on a refund, no communications yet. I had sent my tie, etc. back almost 2 weeks ago now should have at least had an email to say they have received it or refund process. Nevertheless the tie was good quality but the colour didn't resemble the image, which can happen at times.”

“Took a while to arrive but I didn't check to see where it was dispatched from. Nice tie and square but colour depicted on Website was a more subtle duller moss green than the nearly bottle green item that arrived. I will keep it but will probably think twice before buying from Internet next time”

Hi! Thanks for your feedback!Most orders will take 2-3 days to arrive but sometimes the mail services along the way get things mixed up and it takes longer. Sorry this happened to your order.We put a lot of effort ensuring our product images reflect the real colour of the products. It is though unfortunately impossible to have it look the same across all different screens out there. If you were to want to return it for a full refund or an exchange that would, of course, be fine.Hope you can give us a second chance in the future.
