My wife bought an evening dress to try and match the colour in a Bow tie we turned to Tieroom. Looking through the Tieroom catalogue found a matching colour ordered a sample on it coming through we ordered a bow tie which arrived very quickly perfect service

The products are amazing, great quality and vibrant colours. We ordered them for our wedding and we couldn?t have chosen anything better. I?d genuinely recommend them. However the delivery is the worst I?ve ever experienced (DHL). We placed two orders with Tieroom with a week difference. First time DHL stated we were out and we didn?t care, because we thought they came late in the evening. After checking, we realised we were actually home, but rescheduled the delivery. Upon redelivery, sitting on my sofa I got a text stating that I?m out... they didn?t even ring the bell! We left a complaint with DHL, hence they called us the third time upon arrival. It took them three attempts to be bothered to deliver. The second time we ordered the exact same thing happened. DHL offers a dreadful service, Tieroom would do much better with another courier company. That?s all that?s missing to get 5 stars from everyone.

Done the basics very well. Nice straight forward purchase no hassle. Updated me throughout and delivered on time. Product was amazing . Looked and felt great. I will defo recommend and use this shop again.

Delivery was ok. The colour is quite a bit darker than pictured and the material isn't very soft like usual silk. Nice pattern on them though but wouldn't use again.

Hi there!colour rendition is really tricky. We work a lot with the colours, but however well the colours reflect reality on our screens it's enough with different colour profiles, colour and/or light settings etc to make the colour appear different on your screen. This is one of the big headaches of e-commerce. Thanks for the feedback reg. Alskad though, we'll have another look, and see if it can be improved.

I still haven?t received my order 2 weeks later for 3 ties and a bow tie... meant to be here 3-6 days.
