“Amazing customer service. I purchased a tie for my son to wear at his school prom. I started to worry as it hadn't arrived and we were only a few days away from the prom. I spoke to a gent who wasn't just helpful but friendly aswell. Which from my own passed experiences you dont always receive from Internet sales. Would and definitely will buy from here again. Thank you !”
“Brilliant service and great communication from from Sol who helped to ensure that a very late request for some football club ties was turned around within 24 hours and in time for the Club dinner. Highly recommend.”
“Excellent service. Great quality and good selection. Trying to find a plain black tie in shops is nigh on impossible. Ties R Us turned up trumps. Highly recommended.”
“The customer service was brilliant! I sent an email asking which colours would be as closest match to my Chinese wedding dress (red) and they came back with two suggestions. I took the risk to order as I needed it quickly so didn't take up the option of a swatch. The responded very quickly to my emails as posted the order quickly too. Highly recommended”
“I wanted a particular "country syle" tie with a stags head motif, I found just what I was looking at Ties R Us. I ordered it for a particular date although I was cutting it fine the tie arrived a day earlier than it's predicted arrival date. I was a bit dubious about the quality for a £9.99 tie but I needn't have worried, it was good quality with the stags head motif embroidered onto the tie.
I wouldn't hesitate buying again from Ties R Us.”
