“I went to Timpsons in Morrisons at Dumbarton. The staff there could not have been more helpful. They were friendly, polite and helped me with what I needed. Excellent service I will be shopping there more often.”

“I have today collected another suit from your branch at Morrisons store in Totton from Christina who was standing in for the manageress who was away. Christina couldn't have been more helpful and, like the experience I have always had from Timpkins, went the extra mile with ensuring everything I requested was resolved quickly. Your staff are a credit to the way you run your business.”

“Brilliant customer service this morning in branch at Tesco Pitsea. Didn’t catch the person’s name but he was friendly, helpful and informative. I didn’t even know there was such a thing as a lifetime guarantee watch battery so pleased I went there this morning.”

“First Class Artistry by Timpson's Fenwick Newcastle upon Tyne! A bespoke shoemaker said they could resole my Barker shoes using stitched leather soles. Instead they destroyed them using glue and only replacing a small section of the sole, a heel also fell off two days later. Timpson's completely rebuilt the shoes, stripping them back to just the upper sections as the Welts also had to be replaced from being previously removed to enable the leather soles to be stitched to the upper sections. I truly thank Timpson's for fully restoring my Barker shoes to their original splendour. If you are looking for trust, integrity, professionalism and first-class craftsmanship, go to Timpson's at Fenwick Newcastle.”

“Had a new key fob done not to the best standards and had problems with it opening my car door after a day or so . Took it into a differwnt branch and johnny (mobile manager) shotton branch went above and beyond for me today he replaced everything and left me the old one in case of emergencies .its people like him that make you come back again exellent customer service and dealt with it quite quickly .thank you johnny”

“We have just bought a house in Hayes London. A guy called Richard from Timpson put locks on all our internal and external house doors. He did a brilliant job. He was quick tidy and professional with all his work. We called him back to the house to do additional lock related work on several occasions. On every occasion his work was outstanding. Richard is a nice pleasant guy who’s a fantastic locksmith.”

“Timpsons, in Sainsbury car park, Stratford Rd, Shirley repaired my car key fob. The car dealer quoted £237 but Martin managed a successful repair for £50. Extremely helpful and patient in achieving a great result.”

“I visited your giffnock store within morrisons today. The assistant Mick who was filing in today was very helpful. He helped me to print out pics. He asked me if these were for anything in particular and if i required any frames. I explained my mum had passed away and we wanted the pics to go with her. He made the pics bigger in size, gave me a 2nd copy and did not charge me anything. Very understanding and a credit to your company”

“Went to Timpson at Sainsburys Melton Road Leicester. Needed batteries for two watches. Didn't manage to remember the guy's name who served me but I was really impressed with attitude and how helpful he was. I had forgotten my battery for life card but he replaced battery anyway without charge. Many thanks to him, lovely to know there are still people around who go the extra mile. Thankyou”
