“The initial Sales call was very good. Shipping was fast! Had a little trouble getting the mower out of the packaging as I don't have a hoist etc. The mower does an excellent job knocking down a 2ft grass field with no issues. No manual shipped with the product. The electronic manual is out of date. Support didn't know the product, and kept referring to the wrong information until we escalated the issue.”

“Pallet frame arrived 3 days before the forks. All work just fine. My issue is the shipping. FedEx stated my business was closed on a Saturday and they could not deliver. I was available and.present all day. They never called or came to the business. Titan needs to changed their shipping partner.”

“Everything about this attachment is great. I have used it to move several items weighing over 1000 lbs. My only reason for not giving 5 stars was that it did not fit my TYM quick attach pin configuration. The middle reinforcements where the pins attach had an interference of about 1/8". A cordless hand grinder and about 60 minutes of work allowed me to make it attach. If you could just weld those a bit closer together, it would be just great. Conversely, if they were just a little narrower (say 3/8") it would have never been an issue in the first place.”

“Ordering & shipping process was great. The attachment i got was missing a key bolt that fastens 2 key components together, so i have to fix it before i can use it. Otherwise it hooks up to my loader very well.”

“Item (tractor forks) are well made and perfect for my need. Well built and nice functionality/features. These should last a lifetime. I dinged a start because a few of the welds were a little sloppy and splatter all over which could have been cleaned up on an expensive item. Nothing that would affect the durability. Again, great product, reasonable price and very fast shipping.”

“This is my second review requested. As I stated the first time the pins that go into the receiver are too short and I had to use a hammer to drive it in. Which means I’ll need a hammer to remove it. I will get longer pins in the future but have been waiting to see if my first review would bring any results. It has not. I even sent a photo.”
