“Happy with the product. Could use some advice on mounting and sizing. Measured from pin to end of teeth which is 36 but once mounted is 4" too long because of the difference in the boom size to the pin placement. I need to cut 4" off which means I could have saved a lot of money by ordering the right size.”

“The manure spreader seems to be fine but putting together was a HUGE headache then when we got it together the hitch did not open up so we put our old one on it and it worked. I guess it should come with MUCH better instructions (which ours did not come with any)”

“Overall the buying experience and product quality are top-notch. The only thing I would recommend would be the communication after the order was placed. Once I placed the order, the order confirmation email stated I would receive a tracking number to track the delivery. This tracking email never arrived so I had no idea when the order would be delivered and the order ended up arriving out of the blue. Due to the size and weight of the products offered, this could cause some issues with unloading, etc. if the customer is not aware of a delivery date or prepared at that minute to offload once the order arrives.”

“Great product and arrived in decent shape. I would never use Fedex as a delivery company again if I was you, they brought the frame for my pallet forks, one day, the next day or two one of the forks arrived in like a week later the other fork arrived kind of hard to get any work done with your new pallet forks when they come in three different shipments”

“Product purchased (clamp on forks) are well made and just what I needed. Shipped fast and well packed! My only complaint is I ordered these on May 4th and by May 6th they were 34% off, which would have saved me $50. When I called to voice my complaint, I was told that Titans policy is within 24 hours they’d honor the sale price, but since it was 36 hours from time of order to time item went on sale, they(you) would not credit my account with the $50 savings. So that is why you got the low rating, not for the actual product. My opinion; Not a good way to start a new customer business relationship.”

“Got the forks first and a while later received the backing plate .Forks attached easily and looks to be very well made .Although I knew it would arrive when it did because of a back order, I was pleased with shipping time . The product info attached to the frame was cut pretty bad , so info and the two decals I didn’t expect to receive were damaged behind use . Not saying Titan wouldn’t replace them , just never notified them .”

“I cannot give five stars because of something unfortunately out of Titan's control. Everything under Titan's was great! FedEx did a horrible job on the delivery. They repeatedly showed that it was being delivered but it would not be on the truck. Finally, after meeting up with the driver when it did show up he said the person at their warehouse said they could not lift it so they just did not put it on the truck. Hmmm...”
