“The overall experience with Titan Attachments has been good, even with damages occurred in the process of shipping. Customer Service was prompt in their replacement of the damaged components.”

“Do to the nature of the product the packaging nearly failed. By chance the spare shear bolt (appreciated by the way) was nearly lost. It was hanging in the outer carton hole caused by handling of the package and free floating of the ripper. If I may suggest, securely tape the spare shear bolt to the ripper so that damage to the outer box does not lead to its loss in transit.”

“The instruction sheet needs to be improved with larger, actual pictures of the parts being put together. It was pretty frustrating trying to figure it out. It should also be noted that there is also an assembly video on YOUTUBE for the less mechanically inclined, which I eventually found. That video would be much more effective with verbal instructions rather than just being silently assembled.”

“The grapple has a good design except for the hyd hose assembly arrangement The manifold and attached bolt arrangement is completely exposed. Mine lasted about 5 minutes I am welding a plate to the front of the frame to try and provide some protection for the hoses that ripped off the first time I used it”

“Shipping was fast and the pieces are solidly built. Only negative was one of the posts was welded about 1/4” off. Had to use angle grinder to cut off part of post to make it fit.”

“I had to cut a wedge on the quick connect plate so my locking lever would lock in place. I have a 2020 Mahindra 1626. Your cut outs for locking pins were a bit short.”

“The attachment is higher quality than anticipated but unfortunately the mounting plate for a mini skid steer (dingo tx1000) needs very little fabrication to make it fit properly other than that I recommend titan! Those of you who own a tx1000 what you need to do is increase the height of the pin holes as the pins don't fully reach the holes on the mounting plate to the attachments!”

“The actual attachment itself is great. However, there were no instructions included for assembling it. There was an owners manual that listed all the parts and provided a single diagram of the assembled item. The transfer case had no oil in it. This fact was not clearly stated. It told what oil to use, and to check the level regularly, but as with the lack of instructions there was no warning or indication that the reservoir was empty. There were no clips provided for the attachment. The two bottom pegs have different size holes that the top. And all three holes on tractor are same size. Makes one wonder if the grease fittings on the drive arm were lubricated prior to shipment. And those grease fittings are installed in such a manner that they cannot be accessed in their current position. Nice, strong piece of equipment. But I expect better admin support”
