“The Titan pallet forks were a fast delivery and they fit as they were supposed to. They are very heavy built and strong. I have not had any problem with them plus they were half the cost of the OEM pallet forks from(JD)for my tractor.”

“Hook and pin on one side was not welded straight. I was unable to attach it without modifying the pin and hook. Otherwise a nice product.”

“New fork extensions arrived a few days late, but were in good shape and as described. Worked fine on my forklift. There is no issue with your product in either quality, price or fit and finish. The only problem is using Fed-ex. They always seem to either lose or damage something. This order made it from Pennsylvania to Champaign Illinois on time(this is about an hour from my location). But then for some reason, they shipped it to the northern border of Illinois almost into Wisconsin. This added 3-4 days to the delivery time. I understand that this is not Titan's fault, but I wish you'd reconsider giving the custoer an option NOT to use Fed-Ex.”

“You did good are pleased with your product my buddy told me about your company and he's had good luck with his pallet forks so I got a set not happy with FedEx who dropped them off took them 3 times to get them delivered thanks”

“The item arrived as scheduled. The shipping box must have had 10# of nails in it! I haven't been able to try out the unit yet because one of the hydraulic hoses is too short.”

“Very responsive order department. My subsoiler was shipped quickly and was easy to track through their website. Unfortunately, the attachment sat at the shipper's last location for several days until I called about it. The agent told me I needed to set up a delivery appointment. The need to set up an appointment for delivery with the shipper was not mentioned on the Titan website. There was some minor damage of the implement upon arrival that was easily addressed in my shop.”

“The only problem I had was with the shipping. Pallet forks were shipped in three pieces with no packaging, so they have shipping stickers that won't come off and make the brand new implements look bad. Then the main frame was bent, which is only cosmetic, but still annoying on a brand new implement. Chipped up paint through poor handling adds to the cosmetic issues. This is to be expected with FedEx, but it least it made it to the right house this time and I didn't have to chase it down through the neighborhood. Would have been a better experience if it had been put on a pallet wrapped in cardboard.”
