“Quick delivery. Equipment seems to be heavy duty and built well. One of the fork locking pins was missing ( I’m assuming lost in shipping) however the warranty department is sending a replacement part. First time purchasing from Titan but so far so good.”

“The replacement hammers for the flail mower I ordered are fine but in the process of replacing I ran into some design or manufacturing issues. There were a couple of hammer bolt tabs welded on without the insert for the bolt head that locks it on one side. And I far as I can figure the last hammer can't be replaced as there is no way to remove the nut as it is right up on the outer wall or side of the mower. Guess I'd have to drill or burn a hole into the side to allow access...”

“So I ordered three attachments and they came in three different shipments however the first shipment states the pallet fork I ordered was delivered but wasn’t. I emailed the company and they said it was on back order! Ok no problem. The second shipment came and the delivery guy was a hassle but finally figured out how to deliver the grapple rake. 42” blades did arrive alas. All Items are as described, new with no major defects. I have not yet tried them Out due to rain.”

“Overall experience was good. Easy website to view with good information. Shipment was quick with UPS tracking provided and easy to track. The pack did however show up with the packaging toren, white styrofome insolation pretty much everywhere. It was a mess to clean up on our porch. The item has a few shipping scratches in the paint but item looks serviceable and shoud be a good attachment when installed.”

“I had purchased the 6ft Spiked Drum Aerator. The packaging was in good condition with a steel angle iron frame around the unit in a box. Nothing was damaged. I did choose to pick it up at the LTL dock because I was not going to be home. No issue there since I am only 15 minutes away. Minimal assembly that was pretty easy. I wish all the bolts were Grade 8 bolts, so I will probably replace them but the bolts that came with it will work for now. I will be using this unit for personal and business use. As far as the product itself goes, I’m hoping the steel tube wall thickness holds up and doesn’t bend over time. The wall thickness measured .15, I would’ve at minimum designed it to be 3/16” or even 1/4”. I’d rather have a heavier frame for extra weight anyways. I also wish the shaft was maybe 1-7/16” versus 1-1/8” then have bearings sized for the bigger shaft. When I buy equipment, I want it to last my lifetime. So the frame and drum itself is supposed to weigh 208 lbs empty. I contacted Titan to verify with me the structural integrity of the design by giving me the Safety Factor for failure. They could not go it to me. They said the design accommodates 291 lbs of water only. So the total weight is 499 lbs. a safer factor of 3 would be 1500 lbs on the unit before it starts to deform or fail. As an American machine designer, we design everything at a minimum of safety factor 3 but usually 4-5 or more. Bigger the better. Oversized everything. I purchased 300 lbs of sand so I don’t have to ever drain. I planned to fill it with sand completely but Titan would not validate the design capability. I also had to modify the hitch bar because it comes with 2 holes (cat 1 and 2). I have a Landpride QH16 hitch and hitch bar interferes with the QH frame. I have a Cat 1 tractor and QH, do I had to mount to the bottom hole. I cut the top hole off nicely so it looks good. I had to do this first thing before I could even mount it. After getting it assembled, filled, and finally mounted, I was able to test it out a little since part of the yard is still to wet. It appears to work well. I definitely recommend lifting it up off the ground prior to turning sharp. Slight turns will be alright. I need to put some hrs on this to see how it’s going to hold up for the long term. I have a 6 acre yard but do property maintenance for larger yards. I hope it’s value in price doesn’t reflect the longevity of the product use. Time will tell. Long review but I wanted it to be thorough and honest from my opinion. I love the look and compact style.”

“Package not too banged up which surprised me. Initially said shipping would take 3 days but it was 4 probably more the carriers fault. Quality seems decent.”

“The attachment is great but only because FedEx didn't distroy it in shipping. What remained of the box was only held on the attachment by nylon tape. I was honestly surprised that there was not more serious damage beyond a little missing paint. Get the shipping insurance just in case, because with FedEx you're going to been it!”

“I was very pleased and surprised at what the STUMP BUCKET can do. I received my order in 2 days and went to work with it. Most operators should know to operate it like a knife to slice the roots and get under the stump and not like a post hole digger you'll be greatly pleased.”

“Item was a scratch and dent. It was in acceptable condition and build quality is good. However, the attempt was to purchase the pin up fork assembly and it was sold when I attempted to order. Your sales team was going to look out to see if you had returned forks in a warehouse and send them out to me. I have not heard back on this.”
