“Price was great. Item had one manufacturing issue, when they drilled one of the hole a burr was left on the inside that prevent the unit from going together. This tells me that they did not assemble and test the unit. I would have hoped that they would have tested it before shipping it.”

“The tracking was a little confusing because it kept saying it was out for delivery but it was actually a couple days away from being delivered. Didn't receive a call fir delivery until the day they were delivering. Not much time to prepare for a big heavy item. But we were very impressed on the process. We just were a first time user of this process. Overall, very happy with the delivery! The item was heavier than we anticipated. Very happy with the quality of the grapple.”

“Shipping box was a little flimsy. Bottom of implement was protruding out of box when arrived. Downloaded manual was not the exact manual of device. No instructions on oil for gear box. Typically this is spelled out with other implements i have purchased.”

“My driveway is 500’ and plenty of room to turn around but the carrier left it 4’ off the road so someone could possibly steal it. Not cool.”

“The packing method of the plow needs to be looked at and revised to include a way to actually secure the plow to the exoskeletal "crate". When the carrier brought it out to my vehicle, it was half out of said crate so I had to first secure the implement to the crate, then secure the crate to my trailer. Other than that, the plow looks like it should do exactly what I purchased it for.”

“Had to grind a little on a few spots before I could get the clips to lock it on my skid steer. Not a big deal. Did not time it, after I discovered why it would not attach properly, maybe less than 5 minutes and I had it good to go.”

“The product was very well made and looked great. I did have some issues with the fit on my bush hog. I had to grind about a 1/16 inch of material off the inside of each of the lower hooks order to get the fit correct. That’s not on the product, the measurements of your product were consistent, square, and true. I like the function of the lock in hooks and handles. The only thing I really don’t like is that there is no wear protection at the base of the handles where they pivot on the body, which will require constant painting and repainting to prevent corrosion.”

“Quality seems good. My only complaints are I needed 8 teeth for my bucket and you guys only offered 7 and then to buy a single is more expensive than buying straight from bobcat. And the bolts that come with the teeth should be flat head bolts because the buckets have a recessed slot in the bottom so the bolts sit flush with the bottom of the bucket. The bolts that come with it don’t recess and stick way out and would grind against a road or whatever you were scraping. 5/8” x 2 1/4” flat head bolt with pressure locking nut is what you need. I switched the bolts out and they are much better”

“Minus 1 star package came damaged gear mechanism slightly bent was able to straighten it. After first use was pleased over all, easier to use on the rough areas and better on my back with the higher handles.”

“Really like the attachments I get from Titan. Only thing I hated about this order was the one corner on my tool cart was all bent in. The box wasn’t damaged so not sure if happened before or if it was dropped but it just didn’t damage the box.”

“Unit it's self is fine, what I expected. But the unit is heavey and just lays in a thin box with nothing to hold it in place. By the time it got to me the box was beat up with several holes in it and UPS wrapped it in plastic wrap. there were no instructions so I assume the lose net inside the box had a bolt but I don't know what they are for even if I had gotten it.”
