“Purchased this for a job, it was not working when it showed up sent video to titan. They said it need a new part but it was going to be 1 1/2 months before they could send the part to me , I said the job I bought it for would be over by then and if they could not fix it before then that I would like to return it and they refused to take it back. Now I bought a brand new item that is broken and unusable”
