“The shipping container was damaged and One of the pins and springs was missing and the bolt was out of the other one. I called and can’t seem to be able to talk to anyone that can help. I was left on hold for 10-15 minutes. I finally hung up. I can’t use it until I get replacement parts. I’m willing to pay for them if necessary. Please help.”
