“I recently bought a new tractor, and the fellow that was buying my old tractor wanted the old set of Titan forks as part of the deal. Needless to say, my first attachment purchase was a new set of Titan forks. Love the improvements ya'll have made of the years.”

“The packaging within the large box did not hold the small parts such as nuts, washers and cotter pins. Many of these parts were loose in the box and lost”

“I was able to get the mower assembled but the instructions were not in the crate. I have used it for about an hour and it has performed great. I do need to adjust the height to the highest setting since I’m working in some extremely tall grass.”

“Broken snowplow on the third use. The worst part is that Titan wouldn't honor repairing it. I had to bring it to the welding contractor. I had to get the quote and then they said it wasn't detailed enough. They also wouldn't talk on the phone. they communicated by email only. In the end they paid for nothing! Terrible customer service.”

Upon reviewing your case, our records show that our warranty team had been in touch with you in July 2024 and advised you to proceed with the repair and send us the quote for review. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response at that time. When you reached out again in January, the warranty period had already expired. We understand how disappointing this situation must have been, and we truly regret that we couldn’t resolve it under warranty. “Had to order parts to hook up hydraulic lines properly. Lines as designed dropped between grapple and BobCat frame. Had to install guards for hydraulic lines (2 locations,) and 1 main top hydraulic connector locations. Big sticker stating made in China . Obvious the designer and fabricators did not use a Bob Cat for production and as pictured in advertisement . 3 weeks still no use waiting for parts to properly use with out tearing hydraulic lines of the root rake.”
