“Pro: The USA made pallet fork seems very well built and functional. I really do like them. Con: I was surprised when Pallet forks got delivered they were not wrapped or protected in anyway lots of scratches and fully removed paint with bare metal. That was disappointing.”

“Placed the order on Sunday evening for a 72 inch flail mower. I immediately sent an email saying I wanted to cancel my order. Monday morning also I caly saying I wanted to cancel. Giving me a hard time saying they're not sure they can cancel it might be too late. For your information Mech Maxx, Angry Bear over $600 cheaper than Titan.”

“We live in Asheville NC, after the hurican hit us we needed a fork lift attachement to clear the brush and trees in our property, we order the attachement. the freight company lost the first shipment and Titen replace it with no question ask. customer service was great and helpfull, we recieve the attachement and very please with the queality. Thanks again! Ben”

“Well, I haven't used it, yet. I was impressed by how fast I got the forks, right away. That had a tracking number that worked, but when it came to the backorder of the frame, I didn't get a notification or tracking number to let me know when it was coming. The truck driver had my phone #, but didn't let me know when or where I wanted it dropped off. I was not impressed with the last part of the order. I wish I could of had a tracking number so I would of had an idea when it was going to be delivered. Otherwise the product looks good , just disappointed in the delivery. Still wondering why I didn't get a second tracking number, because it was two separate shipments.”
