“Titan did an exemplary job. My finishing mower was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. It was easy to put together, no parts or bolts were missing. I have already used it to mow the yard, it cuts even and smooth. I am very happy with this purchase. Placing the order was a breeze.”
“Stump Grinder seems to work ok. It was missing a main grease pin and all the hardware for both grease pins. Titan has not replaced them more than a week after I reported them missing. Titan sends me emails telling me they have no update on the missing parts?
Also all the hydraulic fittings were loose on the grinder when received.
