“Good value and quality. Horrible shipping, tracking and slow / unhelpful customer service. Second time an order got delayed (lost?) in the shuffle between carriers. It took two days and hours on the phone to finally get some answers. Five phone calls, three different locations to finally find my shipment.”

“I am very pleased and impressed with the bale spear I got from Titan. It is heavy duty and seems to be more than enough for my use. It also goes into my bales so effortlessly making it an easy job. I have always used home-made bale spears and this one from Titan works better. Also, the price was right. My local dealer had one for almost doiuble what I paid.”

“I feel like the tines are to close together for moving big sqaure bales. They should be spaced out a bit wider to keep the bale more stable when moving”

“Shipping was fast, purchase was easy. The Mounting Plate on the implement needs more attention. Toro/Dingo/Mini-Skid Mount had to be cut on for proper fitment. On the top of the mount- the top mitered mount plate had to take 3/4" off 6" across the center for the hydralic cylinder mount to clear. I also received the 44" Smooth Bucket for the same machine a day later and had to do the same. Other than a Engineering Flaw on the Mount with small modifications everything else looks and operates as it should. Good Products at a fair price. MW”

“Order was damage in shipment. Tried to remedy with support. Only willing to give 10% discount due to shipping damage. If I wanted something damaged, would purchases off the scratch and dent site.”

“Ordered product and received order confirmation. Received an email it had been shipped. It was supposedly checked in to first ups station. Never moved any further after that. After research they did not have no record of my payment and after 9 days it was still listed at the first check in ups station. I talked to someone at Titan and was,supposed to research issue and get back to me. Never heard from them.”

“Quality and Fitment are Top Notch! This is a well thought out attachment with multi purpose functions. Having a few pallets here, the ability to drop the bucket on a pallet and put the forks on to move pallets where I want them is like an industrial application. Versatility is key here! Love It”

“The fork lift SSQA worked perfectly with my Kubota BX 23S Land Pride quick attach. I purchased the 48” forks, which work as advertised, but should have gone with the 36” for my needs. The longer fork affect the lift capacity of my tractor. The forks attach easily once I realized there were bottom slots that needed to be llined up with the bottom of the frame. The frame is well made and I have no issues with the frame.”

“First shipment had a damaged frame and one of the forks got lost in transit. They single wrap the frame in cardboard and expect it to withstand the shipping journey. Had to file a claim with FedEx for the lost fork, which they found a week later because the shipping label had been damaged. The forks are shipped by themselves and they just slap a shipping label on them, no protection or anything. Filed a claim with the shipping insurance company and they got me a new frame and forks within a few days. Same single layer cardboard, but this one miraculously was not beat up. Surprised Titan ships stuff with minimal to no packaging to protect the finish of the paint/powder coat. The quality of the items themselves is good, no issues. Giving 3 stars for quality product but terrible shipping management. The shipping insurance is well worth the extra small cost.”
