“Seems well built and so far has been very useful. I’m even able to use it like a double hay spear and carry two round bales at a time.
There was a delay with UPS losing one of the spears, and although it was replaced after a few weeks, the representative told me that for future purchases I need to buy the insurance because they may not replace lost items the next time. I don’t know how an item that is shipped by the carrier of their choice, losing an item that comes with “free shipping” can possibly be the customer’s responsibility to insure. I think my seventh purchase from Titan has been my last, which is unfortunate because everything I’ve purchased to date has been a good value when considering cost to quality, and overall I have been pleased with the performance of their products.
