“The rake was milled at the wrong spec which caused the two primary pieces to be misaligned and therefore inoperable. After nearly two months of back and forth with customer service, a replacement was sent and the original equipment sent back. Quality control is questionable at best and if you are unluckily enough to deal with customer service, best of luck to you.”

“I ordered the Adjustable Pallet Fork Grapple. Ordering was easy and shipping was quick, with great communication from the 3rd party shipping company. Before ordering I read the reviews for this product. Multiple reviews said the attachment screws were to short, not allowing you to tightly secure it to your forks. Second, there was no provision to secure the upright to the brick guard. Causing the unit to flop back and forth. Also before ordering I contacted Titan, which took several attempts through multiple methods before I got a reply, and asked if improvements were made to address these issues. I was told, yes. After I received the unit and attempted to install it on my forks, it was obvious that no improvements were made. I then contacted Titan, which again was a long drawn out process. Over a 10 day period I received several canned answers, with the final one being "there is nothing wrong with our product." I ended up spending several hours making revisions to make this unit work.”

“Ordered the incorrect attachment, tried to call/ticket submit to get it corrected before delivery. Never received a call back, by the time they got around to contacting me product was delivered. Decided to just order an adapter (from another company) after reading there return policy (basically half the cost). After looking at the attachment, it is VERY poorly made. The welds look like a 12 year old did them. One of the attachment hooks was welded crooked. The hooks themselves are shallow in length. In general this company makes cheap products but has great online advertising. If you actually check some farm/construction boards not associated with there site you will see true feedback on there products.”

“Well built, sturdy, but the stabilizer spears need to be at least a foot longer than they are. Bales roll after pickup just the same as cheaper built attachments available locally. Unfortunate, because QUALITY of this spear far exceeds competitors. If stabilizer spears were longer, would be an easy 4 or 5 stars.”

“Showed up in 3 deliveries, but right on time. The quality was way better than I expected for the price. Hooked right up to my Bobcat S300. Very pleased with the palette forks.”

“I can’t rate it because it is not here yet I can rate the shipping tho. This was one order from Tatan and showed up at the freight forwarder in three different shipments. One fork. Then another fork. Then the rack. Because the barge only ships once a week I got two forks so far and still no rack. There was no hi t that this order would be shipped on 3 separate fedex deliveries.”
