“This Standard Series pallet fork frame handles the 60 inch forks with no problem as the frame is quality built like the other attachments I've purchased from Titan. We will be purchasing other attachments in the future.”

“I ordered a fronthoe with a 12" bucket. Tracking never showed that it left the facility. Fedex freight delivered a pallet. It had the arm but there's no bucket. I called, chatted, and emailed support. chat and email helped none. Phone rep took a message and a supervisor called me back. "The bucket shows delivered", "It wasn't on the pallet", "yes it was", "No it wasn't", Let us check with the carrier and see if we can find it. "we'll call you back tomorrow". 4 days later. Nothing. I didn't buy insurance. Why do I need to guarantee that you do your job? If your order a multiple piece order, good luck. I ordered another bucket because i don't expect much more out of them. It hasn't arrived either. I wonder how many buckets I need to order to actually get one?”

“Just what I was looking for, added hay spear for a complete package. The best thing was the price point, less than what one item would have cost. Works great, fast delivery. Looking at some other products they have.”

“Very Displeased with Titan and Fed Ex. I will not make any purchases with Titan in the future very glad i purchased the shipping Security with Route. been 5 weeks 1 part of my order was lost and other part was horribly delayed and damaged. Damage falls on the shoulders of Titan. they do not package the product. they just slap a Fed Ex label on the raw product and ship with Fd Ex. which we all Know fed ex is far worse than UPS.. now i have been waiting near 2 weeks on a replacement and its been delayed and no idea where it really is.. Same scenario as last time.. Customer service was Helpful but this is not a good way to run a business. more care should go into the packaging and shipping method chosen.. I decided to try Titan over my other manufacturer i prefer and honestly it was a big mistake.. I won't make this mistake again..”

“The attachment works great but had to grind down the pins about an 1/8 of an inch to get it to fit on my tractor that it was supposed to fit on”
