“The product works great. It did come as 2 deliveries. The frame came one day and the tines came several days later. Would liked to have them come together but it os OK.”
“The three point bale fork I ordered will not pick up the round bales. The spear and stabilizer tines are too small. Delivery was fine and the frame itself seems to be well constructed but overall it does not work for the intended purpose.”

“Well....I have not yet received my order yet. I was informed it was delayed.
But, my concern is why was I charged a handeling fee? I was not charged on my last order.
And, why was the insurance coverage encouraged for this order? Again, That was not an option on my last order.
I would think you would have MOA's or MOU's with your contractors. Didn't you negotiate this issue with your contactors? It was a a lot of money, in my opinion and probably not necessary.

POST AND TREE PULLER FITS JOHN DEERE TRACTORS

The Titan post and tree puller arrived in a metal cage wrapped in plastic well protected and secure. I cut the bands and lifted the tree puller out of the top of the metal cage, unwrapped the plastic and sat the puller on the floor. The unit is John Deere green and is well built. Hook and pin fit perfect.
Cons………
*The Titan tree pullers hydraulic lines and fittings are (1/2 Hydraulic Quick Connect Pioneer Style Poppet Valve Couplers, 1/2” NPT Thread) that fit onto my 3025e John Deer’s 3rd function lines and connectors that are (1/4” Ag ISO 5675 Hydraulic Quick Connect Pioneer Style Poppet Valve Couplers, 1/4” NPT Thread). The Titan tree puller fittings were to big and needed the smaller ¼” fittings along with reducers (½ fnpt to ¼ mnpt reducers), these reduce the Titan hose ends that are ½” npt down to the smaller John Deere ¼” npt hose ends.
*Once I installed the correct Hydraulic Quick Connect Pioneer Style Poppet Valve Couplers and reducers from AMAZON, I attached the Titan tree puller on to my 3025e John deere, connected the fittings, started the tractor, activated the 3rd funtion on the John Deere which operates the Titan tree puller. That’s when I seen their hose connector to the hydraulic cylinder fitting was extremely loose. Out of the 2 connecters on the hydraulic cylinder, the one was loose and the other was tight. Once I tightened the connecter and verified the other one was tight, the leak there was fixed.
* The tree puller arrived by freight (Saia). Saia’s web site said residential with tailgate delivery. Other than updates via their web site, I had no Ideal exactly when or if they could deliver to and in my driveway. So, at some point, the web site did give a delivery time window but still not sure about driveway delivery, even though they said residential delivery. I left work early to be sure I was there for the earliest estimated delivery time. Delivery was on the street, and I used my tractor with pallet forks to get it off their semi tractor trailer to my pole barn 400ft away. It would be nice if the freight delivery driver would actually call me and give details about delivery and times!
