“I recently purchased a quick connect 3-point hitch attachment that was identified as discounted due to some scratches. The item arrived much quicker than I expected, which was a pleasant surprise. However, I found that it had a broken part upon inspection. I reached out to Titan regarding the issue, and they quickly asked for details and pictures to assess the situation. Their response was prompt and decisive, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, they were unable to provide a replacement part, but they processed a full refund, which pleasantly surprised me. Overall, I am completely satisfied with how Titan handled the situation and their customer service. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.”

“Do not buy unless you want to modify. It does not work with any of the hay spike, pallet forks or anything else that isn’t perfectly flat on the back. I tried to talk to them about updating their design but they were not interested in the feedback. It is a fairly easy modification but will impact the structural integrity of it unless additional braces are welded on.”

“GARBAGE! Avoid. They sent out part of my land rake, then claimed they would get the rest out to me. Still waiting to hear when. Titan claimed they would pick up the first set and get me another later. Haven't heard when any of this is supposed to happen. TWO WEEKS, no callback AVOIDTITAN#”
