“Part did not fit SSQA. Bootom part is about 1/2” off and will not allow stump bucket to lock in.”

“The delivery service did not contact me to arrange delivery or Notify me that they had left the attachment on the side of the road. Not on my property.”

“Delivery was quick. Order was placed on the weekend. Received the pallet forks the following Wednesday. I had to call to get a shipment ETA. The carriage has damaged paint. I’m not worried about that.”

“Looks to be built well but because it was incorrectly made it doesn't fit my tractor. Tried calling Titan but I'm still waiting on a call back. Luckily the attachment points are within a quarter of an inch and with enough cutting and grinding it should fit.”

“Titan sent me the wrong size belts. Called Titan to ask for a prepaid label for return the belts. Customer service staff is very in experienced. It took three day for them to figure out how to do a return before they sent emailed me the prepaid label for the return. It’s very frustrating!”
