“Don't use fedex to ship. I had to do all kinds of calling and running around to get the complete order. It came 3 different ways and I had to track trace and retrieve my order. It was a hassle. But I finally got everything.. other then that. Im happy with the product.”

“I received part of my order and that was good. Now I have been calling over and over for the status of the second half of my order. The last three times I have called they apologize and tell me they are going to check on it and call me back… then no one calls back so I call again 1-3 days later, same routine. So frustrating. The first two items I received seem to be working well so far.”

“The part that bolts to the hopper 1st piece was bent and gauged. I strained it and gave it a couple of coats of paint. Other than that all was ok Bruce”

“Ordered a quick tach pallet fork. It arrived quickly by standard carrier, and in good shape. Only thing I would change is the integration in shipment tracking. Forks and frame were shipped separate, and I only got the info for the forks, so had to call Titan to confirm where the frame was.”
