“We order a post hole auger and before I finalize my order I decide to call and verify my order through on of titan agents , I didn’t want to get it wrong. The agent confirmed my order as being correct. Well it wasn’t? Not really sure what happened but I did my due diligence to make sure and it still was wrong. “When they delivered my order it was placed 1/4 of a mile from my residence on the main road. I was not informed that the delivery was made. A neighbor came to my residence at 8:30 pm asking if that delivery was mine. Because of that, I will not purchase anything online from Titan Attachments.”
