“Received the last fork and the locking pin was missing. I called and they supposedly sent me the pin, when package arrived it was only the hardware NO PIN!! So here we go again trying to get the pin sent to me. I sent pics and haven’t heard back from anyone.”

“The forks came in a very thin cardboard which doesn't protect the paint at all. I had to paint the corners of the SSQA part of the forks because there was no cardboard left from shipping. Nice forks for the money though. The SSQA came on a Friday and the forks themselves came on the following Monday, not a big deal. I would give it 5 stars if it had better shipping protection.”
“I bought a pallet fork for my John Deere loader. My loader uses the Pen and hook system. The left pen came out and bent the pen. I requested a replacement since it was still under warranty. They expected me to fine someone to repair it. My repair bill was $185. They offered me less than $80. I called to discuss this with them and they refused to talk with me. They said the would only communicate with me by email. Cheaply made products and do not honor warranty. BUYER BEWARE!”

“Received a Titan finish mower (John Deere green) with casters that would not fit the unit due to poor machining of the wheel arms. Titan could only offer replacement wheel arms (color black) and a refund of $80. I now gave a green mower with black wheel arms plus $80. Is this a good customer response? You be the judge.”

“The 6ft tilling disc works great. I only found 2 issues (one could be blamed on shipping companies, but the other would be factory assembly). Two of the grease fitting needed to be replaced (one had the tip sheered off and the other was gouged so the grease gun wouldn't properly connect); this seemed like a shipping company error. The other was that all 4 of the double locknuts on the ends of the disc shafts were loose (almost hand tight); tightening those weren't mentioned in the assembly manual so I'm glad I checked before use. Other than those minor issues I'm very happy with my Titan Attachements purchase. :-)”
