“Looks to be built well but because it was incorrectly made it doesn't fit my tractor. Tried calling Titan but I'm still waiting on a call back. Luckily the attachment points are within a quarter of an inch and with enough cutting and grinding it should fit.”

“Titan sent me the wrong size belts. Called Titan to ask for a prepaid label for return the belts. Customer service staff is very in experienced. It took three day for them to figure out how to do a return before they sent emailed me the prepaid label for the return. It’s very frustrating!”

“Zero directions, so good luck with what bolt goes where. For me I couldn’t get one door to work. It wouldn’t close. I loosened all the bolts and re tightened (granted this took me some time) and still the swing gate won’t close. Probably about a 1/4” off. Not really happy right now, nor is I happy with the customer “service. Great quality though”

“Great attachment for our JD 333E. Very versatile. Use the 2” receiver to move equipment in & out of storage. Add pallet forks for tasks around the shop & farm. Add bale spears and this attachment does everything the bucket can’t. Great investment!”

“Bought the “extreme root grapple rake attachment” for my land clearing business and it is absolutely useless. The FIRST time I used it, I went to pick up a decent sized tree stump and bent the cross member causing the grapple bucket to not close all the way. It has gotten progressively worse, to the point I waste a ton of time when I’m picking up tree limbs. The location they place the hoses is horrible (expect busted hydraulic lines), the metal pieces that attach to the skid broke off so it fell off and damaged my skid steer, connecting the hydraulic lines to my skid steer are also hit or miss. Whenever I reach out to customer support to check on my warranty claim “Shea is always busy or not there today”. I’ve been trying since June 18th to get a claim worked out even though they say it should take 24-48 business hrs and NOTHING has been resolved. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money on a grapple bucket from somewhere else. I’ll be surprised if this even gets put on the website because theirs only 5 star reviews.”

“I bought a Titan 169101 trailer moving attachment for a skid loader, it was advertised as weighing 104lb. The attachment I got was less than 70lb. It was the one they had listed, but Titan uses deceptive advertising to lure customers into thinking they are getting a superior product. It was an inferior product. I told them I didn't want the bait n switch item they sent me. I am still waiting for a return shipping label.I have been back and forth with them for several week now, just got with my credit card company and disputed the charge. Titan is a never again for me. They did send it on time.”
