“We purchased the 6' forlift broom.... Order Process was fantastic. Delivery was even better. The product construction quality is good for the price point. However, we tried to remove the bristle segments and they will not budge. It seems there was an issue in the manufacturing process and the bristle base are too large to fit in the bristle channel. These are made of hard rubber and they could not be removed even with a 5lb sledge hammer. I don't see us being able to replace these when they wear becase they are absolutely crammed in with no budging whatsoever.”

“Received the middle buster. The box had several holes in it where the tool had moved around in shipment and punched through. One locknut and one washer was loose in the box. The other was missing. It probably was lost through one of the holes in the box. I purchased another locknut and washer. When I tried to put the plow on the body, the bolts are too long. I will make another trip to town tomorrow to purchase the proper length bolts.”

“Attachment arrived in good condition and was higher quality than expected, however I never had any correspondence from Titan about delivery, I received a call from a trucker while I was at work telling me he was 30 minutes from my house, thankfully he made that call and my place of employment allowed me to leave work to unload the attached from the semi”

“Your rep was very helpful and confident that we'd love this machine, which we do. It came early- was scheduled for a Monday, but came the Friday before which was perfect as my husband didn't have to take a day off of work. Overall great experience, and I am still waiting on my belts.”
