“I can’t comment on the product because the shipping department is abysmal. Product shipped missing a major assembly item in the crate. Replacement part was packed on a Friday but didn’t ship out until Tuesday afternoon. Maybe I’ll get to use my mower before summer is over.
Just got the missing wheel frame and shipping screwed up again. Only one frame instead of two.”

“I ordered the attachment pallet forks in the attachment for the hay spear. I received the hay spear with stabilizing bars, but not the attachment portion. I called to rectify the situation when I saw what they were sending me. I spoke to three different people and it wasn’t resolved. I understand. I have the universal attachment where I can change the forks and the hay spear. I’ve had four back surgeries, three neck surgeries and I’m unable to lift that every day. That is the reason I needed the full attachment. Everything I ordered works great.”

“Titan debri forks were delivered without any problem. Installed them immediately and have used them every day since. I struggled with the decision to get a grapple but I am pretty much a minimalist and did not really want to deal with the 3rd function install and overall cost. I am thrilled with them ! I no longer have to get on and off my JD790 continuously. Happy customer. 🙂”

“I did not like the fact that I wasn’t told my order was going to delivered separately. I called FedEx thinking they didn’t deliver the whole product making me look like an idiot. More communication would be helpful to avoid clogging up your phone lines asking where the other half of my package was. Your employee I spoke to when I called was amazing. Their customer service was at the top of the game. I still wish I didn’t have to call in to find out information about my order.”

“My 20 Ton log splitter arrived last week with blunt-force damage to the motor and a missing wheel bearing so we can't attached one of the wheels. The machine is unusable. After multiple calls and emails to Titan product support, we have no feedback or plan from Titan about what the company is going to do to make the machine work. If I don't hear an acceptable plan by this afternoon, I will contact my credit card provider to stop or recover the payment and tell Titan it's their responsibility to come pick up the broken piece of junk.”
