“The product seems to be very well built and exactly what I was looking for but it came all beat to hell. If I wouldn’t have needed to use it right away I definitely would have refused delivery as a new item shouldn’t be pre-damaged. Pretty disappointing!”

“Your customer service department delayed the order for over 2 weeks because my tax exemption had expired. I told them I would pay tax. Just ship it to me. They would. Not until I submitted a current tax exemption. That along with numerous useless communications has given me a negative view of your company.”
