“I am still waiting for the right parts.
First attempt sent out the wrong sized spears for the frame that was ordered.
Went round and round, sending pictures of what was sent and many emails.
Second attempt, the main spear is now correct, the two 24" spears are the same as the original that were sent out. Again, sent pictures per Titan request. At this point, 7-17-2024 I don't know when this issue will be resolved. I hope soon, it’s only been 2 months since I ordered the original hay spear.
NOTE: I have bought thousands of dollars’ worth of equipment from Titan, a total of 12 or so attachments over the past 2-3 years. I have never had an issue until now. Titan is great until you have an issue, and which point it appears they like to pass the buck, blame the other departments. The issue resolving part of Titan is subpar at best. I would think it would be very simple to look at my order send me the correct items.”

“The 48 inch finish mower is high quality from the paint to the heavy duty construction and fittings. Rock solid design and assembly is straightforward. Of the 4 support caster receiver tubes, one was 1 millimeter undersized. Requiring purchase of a 1 inch drill bit and new 3/8 drill. Got a new heavy duty drill! The 23.5 mm tubing should not be near the assembly line. Love the mower and operation. Pleased my small tractor 3 point hitch can actually lift the heavy attachment!”
“Purchased a set of medium-duty clamp-on forks for a Kubota compact tractor. Forks are very well built and capable of lifting more than the bucket they are attached to. The install in minutes, including the stabilizer bar. I like that they inlcuded provisions for binders/chains to help take the strain off of the bucket edge, if desired. Forks didn't move/shift while lifting up a 450lbs AC unit. Arrived in a matter of days after online purchase. Can't think of a single thing they could have done better.”
“You did very good but the trucking company was very poor driver parked on the side of road then driver couldn’t figure how to unload pallet finally got him in the yard where I pulled crate to back of trailer and unloaded it with forklift. I’m in the trucking business and this was a poor excuse of a delivery driver”
