“Titan is one of the worst examples of customer service I have ever experienced from a company. They destroyed my front porch with a delivery and have made no attempt to fix or address my problem. Once they got their money you are not going to get any assistance. They told me I was responsible and that I would have to figure out how to contact a delivery company that I don’t even know who they used. Be very careful when you order anything thing from Titan and know that you will get No service once they have your payment. Very disappointing customer service.”

“I couldn't believe how fast the attachment arrived to my farm. The price was very reasonable in today market. I use it to move a lanscape trailer for feeding and drag logs for firewood. Very well built should last a long time. I am really pleased with the purchase.”

“Looks like it will work but not enough information when purchasing. Also Titan doesn't even offer a pump for this item so really don't know what to use!! It would be if they offered a pto pump with it.”

“Purchased the pro series pallet forks with 60" forks. It came on time and packaged well. They are well built and worked as designed. I don't forsee having any issues with them. I would buy again.”

“Customer service on this is horrible. You have to submit online and they try to wiggle out of everything. I submitted a claim 9 days ago and I still don't have a clear answer. I had to go buy a different pallet system to continue to run my business.”

“I recieved the Stump Bucket sooner than I expected, un crated it and put it to work imediately. The Bucket is very Heavy and made short work of a 15" tree stump.”

“I love this rake. It took about an hour to put together. I used it for a couple of hours yesterday and got a ton of raking done around our property. The rake turned 6ish hours of manual raking into a two hour job.”

“Unit is very nice and works great. Heavy duty as well! Only thing is I order to move pallet forks you have to pull the latches and pull them as you move it. They should move without with just having the latch up. Not sure if that is just how this one is or if the springs inside just are not strong enough. Rest of unit is great!”
