“The website and Attachements are great. The customer service is not quite there. When my attachement showed up it was missing the 2 very inexpensive pins that were clearly shown in the pictures. When I called about the issue the agent did not speak english very well and did not know the product very well. when I asked about the missing pins, that were lost in transit. I know this because the bag that contains the pins was still attached to the attachemt frame. The agent tried to tell me I had not ordered the fork pins. I wanted the frame retention pins. Talk about lost in translation.”
