“The frame and forks were all very good quality, and welds looked good but that's where the good ends. I purchased the route insurance, and when I received my order the frame was badly damaged, literally looked like it was drug behind the truck, and only one fork arrived after being lost in the mail for 10 days, the other fork never showed. Route was easy to deal with and I opted to have another one sent, that one also showed up damaged and now route won't respond to me. I've used titan attachments in the past but I won't be buying from them or their brand ever again.”

“Instructions would be awesome, along with a clip, pin or retainer for the other end. I welded the hooks on and found the top of the forks need some support or the rod would slide back off the hooks… instructions that both top and bottom of the forks need supported by the bucket..vs just the bottom. The top support of the forks hold the rod from sliding back on the hooks.”
“My order has not been completed. I am waiting for the second pallet fork to be delivered. The first ONE arrived a couple of days after ordering, with a notation on the label "1 of 2". The stabilizer bar arrived a couple of days later. I called Titan Customer Service, was told something about "the shipping label barcode* was missing(?). Still waiting for SECOND fork. The pieces that I got appear to be great equipment.”

“The forks bent the first time i used them. I was picking up branches and limbs, and when I unloaded the debris, I noticed two of the times were bent.
I realize these are inexpensive and you get what you pay for, so probably my fault for not buying a better grade produce”
“The ballast box is nice overall, but be aware that it will not be perfect. Mine arrived with the packaging pretty beat up and torn. Paint was worn off in several places where the cardboard rubbed against the metal. Even in places that were wrapped the paint was worn off. One of the support arms was slightly bent which appears to have been caused when it was welded. I was able to connect it to my tractor without any issues. I grabbed a can of John Deere green spray paint to touch up the areas where the paint rubbed off. To my surprise the ballast box is a different shade of green, so the touch up looked horrible. I then painted the rest, no big deal. Overall it is built heavy enough for my needs. I filled it with solid concrete blocks and sand.”
