“I am certain I ordered a 72 in bale spear with 39 inch forks. I received a 60 in with 39 in spears. I called customer service and was told I could exchange it as long as I don’t use it. I told them I need it in now and have to use it to pick up bales. So now I can’t return it. Not happy with this experience.”
