“Shipment of a set of 60" fork-lift forks was split into 3 seperate shgipments????? -forfk, 2-fork, and 3 frame. The 2 forks came in long before the frame did. little communication about how and why this was done????”

“The 36” tow behind spike aerator was fabricated wrong. The spikes contact the tow bar and bolts that protrude through the tow bar. I have contacted customer support multiple times with no resolution to this problem. At this point I do not recommend using Titan For any attachments.”

“I ordered a 9" auger. It was packed in a cardboard box but there wasn't much box left by the time I got it. Two of the cutting teeth were missing and the remaining teeth are very loose. there doesn't seem to be a good retention system for these teeth. I have ordered from Titan in the past and generally have received product in good condition but that wasn't the case this time.”
