The product arrived on time and as expected. Assembly took a few minutes and it has no defects in materials or craftsmanship. It functions as expected with limited use to this point.

The delivery was HORRIBLE and I feel like I should not pay anything for shipping since I had to hire local young men to come and move the attachment away from the main road to prevent theft.

Box that wheels came in all mangled up broken grease fittings. Had to purchase new ones was not a happy camper

Was delivered very quickly. My only complaint would have to be there were no instructions how to put together. I googled the manual and holes I got it right

Item was delivered with a missing part. I have contacted customer support and they are requiring me to take pictures to prove that it is actually missing a part, as if taking a photo would actually prove that. If I wanted to scam you I would just remove the part before I took the picture. Why would I want to claim that it was missing a $10 lower 3 point hitch pin if I really wasn't? Otherwise, it was GREAT! Fast delivery, quality product.

Shipment of a set of 60" fork-lift forks was split into 3 seperate shgipments????? -forfk, 2-fork, and 3 frame. The 2 forks came in long before the frame did. little communication about how and why this was done????

The 36” tow behind spike aerator was fabricated wrong. The spikes contact the tow bar and bolts that protrude through the tow bar. I have contacted customer support multiple times with no resolution to this problem. At this point I do not recommend using Titan For any attachments.

I had to modify the attachment hole for the quick connect. The hole did not align with my 2610 Branson. Not what I expected.

I ordered a 9" auger. It was packed in a cardboard box but there wasn't much box left by the time I got it. Two of the cutting teeth were missing and the remaining teeth are very loose. there doesn't seem to be a good retention system for these teeth. I have ordered from Titan in the past and generally have received product in good condition but that wasn't the case this time.
