“Blades are great. Shipping was a problem. Initial package was never received by FedEx. Titian policy is to wait 5 days to reship. I had to get on the chat a couple different times to make sure the replacment was sent. It took alomost 2 weeks to complete the order. In the meantime I already had removed the old blades, I was delayed on getting the mowing done. I love the mower, quite a bit of brush and some rocks that seem to just grow up randomly.”

“Hose quick disconnects don't fit my tractor. Have not been helped yet. I was sent a link to send pictures but link didn't accept my attachments. So far I have not been able to even try it.”

Hi! We’re sorry to hear you haven’t been able to use the attachment yet due to the hose quick disconnects not fitting your tractor. Upon checking, we sent you an email on September 17 requesting photos so we could look into the compatibility issue, but we haven’t received a response yet. Please reply to that email with the requested photos, or send them directly to our support team, and we’ll be happy to review them and assist you further. We appreciate your patience and hope we can get this sorted out for you soon.

“This was a great purchase. Have an older Bobcat so we needed a lighter weight attachment to help with clearing downed trees and brush. Fitment was spot on and functionally works great. This will also fit our small garden tractor due to the lighter weight. Highly recommend this product.”

“The stump bucket has been great so far. It is an awesome tool for digging into hard packed clay and dirt when my loader bucket was only scraping a little away at a time. I highly recommend it.”

“The attachments are good but how the company choose to ship. 84” Bulk material bucket came by freight so no issues here. The pallet forks & global euro adapter came by FedEx with no shipping packaging so what came by FedEx had shipping damage. The adapter never arrived due to FedEx returned it saying damaged. Titan said this is really my issue because I didn’t but shipping protection even though they picked the way to ship & product never arrived. They eventually gave me a refund for the adapter that never arrived. Really think twice before you make a purchase unless you can pick up.”

Hi! We’re sorry to hear about the shipping issues and frustration this experience caused. We understand how disappointing it is when an item arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all. Upon checking, our Customer Support Team was able to assist and issue a refund for the adapter that was returned by the carrier. We truly appreciate your feedback, and if there’s anything else we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
