“I have ordered from Titan attachments in the past and was happy with my experience. However, this time has been much different. This item did not fit the quick tach system on my tractor as advertised due to a manufacturer error. It has been two weeks since my initial contact with Titan attachments they initially asked for photos of the forks on my tractor which I sent. Then they asked for photos of the quick touch specifically which I sent. Then they asked for measurements of each dimension of their forks, so I sent pictures of the tape measure in the position of each of the dimensions that they asked for today. I received an email asking me to give them the dimensions from the tape measure in the pictures that I sent them. It has been two weeks since my initial contact letting them know that their product does not fit as advertised, and I feel like they keep coming up with more things for me to do rather than just replacing their faulty equipment at this point I cannot recommend any of their products.”

“Have not used the tiller yet because it's January. While putting it together I found split washers missing. Nothing in the manual tells if it comes with grease and gear oil in the gear boxes. Contacted Titan and the person I talked with didn't know. I did get an answer on type of oil and grease but that didn't tell me if it comes filled. Machine looks well built.”

“Right out of the box I had to modify the top of it, cut off pieces that were left too long from the factory all of that back smooth and round and it’s still barely is enough clearance to fit on the attachment of my John Deere loader Must’ve been made on a Friday afternoon about 430 somewhere in the Pacific Ocean? Very disappointed in this product.”
