“I was able to get the mower assembled but the instructions were not in the crate. I have used it for about an hour and it has performed great. I do need to adjust the height to the highest setting since I’m working in some extremely tall grass.”
“Broken snowplow on the third use. The worst part is that Titan wouldn't honor repairing it. I had to bring it to the welding contractor. I had to get the quote and then they said it wasn't detailed enough. They also wouldn't talk on the phone. they communicated by email only. In the end they paid for nothing! Upon reviewing your case, our records show that our warranty team had been in touch with you in July 2024 and advised you to proceed with the repair and send us the quote for review. Unfortunately, we did not receive a response at that time. When you reached out again in January, the warranty period had already expired.
