“At this point all that I can rate is customer service from speaking with a Rep who helped me with order (he did a great job!) and delivery and assembly. I have not yet mowed with it but hope to very soon. Delivery was very quick and we are several states west of Tenn. The mower was in a very large crate so be prepared for that. Close to 700 pounds! We loaded it onto a trailer since the truck couldn't make the sharp turn into my driveway. Be prepared to take apart a well constructed crate! With a little help we lifted the main mower body onto some 8x8 wood blocks and then assembly was pretty striaght forward using the pdf directions and pictures. Make sure you have metric wrenches! It was actually enjoyable to put together. The one suggestion I'd have for Titan: let folks know whether or not spindles have been previously greased and if not how much grease to add. Also beware that you will need 80/90 gear oil I'd guess no more than 12 oz. Looking forward to mowing later this week!”

“I ordered the front hoe from Titan. Prior to ordering, I had a conversation with a Titan rep regarding compatibility with my tractor. Needless to say, the attachment arrived with hydraulic fittings that were too large for the tractor. After some rather excessive back and forth with customer service over the course of a week, Titan did issue a $200 refund and I was able to get the proper hydraulic fittings for the attachment at a local hose and fitting company. The front hoe is built well and works as expected. I will likely be ordering more attachments for my tractor from Titan.”

“I haven't had the chance to use it yet. But it's nice to know that when I do need it, I have it and it will help make everything go a lot easier. I now have adapters to go from JD Hook and Pin to Skid Steer ans from Skid Steer to JD Hook and Pin. So I can still use my Hook and Pin attachtments on my bigger tractor that has Skid Steer loader. I can go either way with either tractor.”

“I gave them a 5 because price, delivery and quality was good to great. I was frankly shocked it arrived so quickly. I had to do some minor deburring on a couple of holes that wear drilled in the pins, but not serious. Fit on my compact tractor, no problem. However. an attachment like this is not a cure all. I discovered, because of the geometry, it would not connect to my back blade. I took a look at a couple other back blades and and it probably won't connect to those either. Also discovered my rear mower was bent a bit and it won't connect to that too.”
