“I received the product in a very timely manner. The product came in very good condition. I have not used it yet, but just by looking at the product and the construction of it. It will definitely do the job for me. Highly recommend this company for that product.”

“Bought this for a spare tractor at another location. I have one on my other larger tractor at another farm. When this one arrived I opened the box and was very surprised. It was called an economy attachment. It was very heavy duty and much sturdier than my other one. Very happy with it. I’m going to switch them up and put this one on my larger tractor.”

“Got a very good deal, but not real impressed with quality. Several areas where welds weren’t completed. Lots of spatter. One area missing paint. Bottom tube appears it is open to fill with rain water, but no drain holes in it. How’s that going to work when it freezes?!”

“The attachment (adaptor) didn't work on one of our implements. BUT, Jude from customer service was very helpful and after a few emails back and forth we were given the OK to make a few adjustments (some minor grinding) it works just fine. We purchased pallet forks from you about 4 years ago and have been VERY pleased with your products and customer service.”

“I purchased a scratch and dent product from Titan. I did not expect a pristine product but i expected on that would be usable and not missing part needed to function. When i call customer support they could not help and had to reach out to their internal team. Well that was 2 weeks ago and we are still waiting on a response from the internal team. With customer service like this I would not recomend Titan for any purchase. I would purchase locally”

“Build quality is good. They are stout forks and work as intended. But the bottom piece that my lock down levers go through are mounted about 1/2” to close together and I can only lock down with one lever. I fixed this by torching the opening larger, but should not have had to do this for a brand new implement.”
