“Everything went together good but the pin to lock the position did not line up and was to big to fit in the hole on the rake. I will have to get a smaller pin to get it to work. Not good.”

“We try to never leave a negative review, however we have never had an experience like this. We ordered forks for our skid steer which arrived damaged. We provided photos of the item immediately. We were provided with an RMA but expected to ship the items back on our dime! We called numerous times to get shipping labels, were forced to wait on hold a ridiculous amount of time only to be hung up on four times, so far. Still no response. We finally had to dispute this with our credit card company. Still waiting for "customer service".”

“Very pleased with my pallet forks. Ordering was easy and it shipped in a timely manner. I do have a problem with the shipping and delivery from Fed Ex. The driver was rude, he just tossed the forks out of the back of the van and damaged my driveway. When I confronted him he blamed me for ordering something so heavy. You need to use a different company for delivery because I won't buy again unless there is a difference option.”

“I reached out to customer service 5 minutes after I ordered with a question. It’s now been 10 days and no response from customer BUT literally 22 emails from them with “deals”. Worse customer service experience ever. Will never purchase from them ever again.”

“I wanted to support local and bought a set of forks for $950. When the were delivered, they were not what I was hoping for. In comparing the Titan set, it appeared they were a better quality and less of a cost. I went ahead and returned the local set and bought the Titan set. When the new pallet forks arrived I was pleasantly surprised at the increased quality and thrilled with the money I saved.”

“Just received my Titan three-point attachment ripper for my John Deere 5075 looked very well built was happy with everything until I used it after 30 minutes of use all three of the ripper teeth completely bent 90° very soft. Steel obviously did not use harden steel the dirt that I was digging in was not that hard very dissatisfied”

“New fork attachment is made very strong. It attached to the quick connect system well. I did need to make the bottom slots wider so that the pins had enough space to connect. I’m overall happy with the design and the strength of it. I used it to move logs. And wood processing machine. I also love that I can fit up a snow plow with it in the future.”
