“Would love to have put 5 star, but website has flag USA emblem, my fault for assuming made in USA, but no where on website did it say made in China, it is made very well, delivered in a heavy duty crate”

“Ordered std pallet fork frame and forks for skid steer on 5/15. Titan shipped via FedEx. Arrived 5/27. Pallet frame was bent up. Contacted titan they offered $49 refund. I did not pay for extra insurance. I said no thanks and asked them to make it right. They offered a refund but have not provided a shipping label. I guess that means no refund. Titan will get no more business from me.”

“I ended up ording the wrong attachment for my tractor because the details of the tractors supported were buried under several layers on the website - this was a bad experience for me. Had to return the item and pay 20% restocking fee. The website needs to elivate the compatibility of this attachment. Kudo's that they did pay for the return shipping and I only had to pay the 20% restocking fee, that was nice, but too little to late.”
