“Delivered my order bent and broken then demanded I buy insurance for any future orders or "there is nothing they can do for me?"”

“Using this grapple with a 75 hp JD tractor. Initial testing/use my comment are: appears to be build well enough that I couldn't bend it with this tractor. Steel is soft (china steel), but seems to be strong enough. Welds are not pretty, but I don't think they will fail. Hydraulics appear to be soild, had to change the couplers to work with my tractor. For anyone ordering this grapple, be aware of the weight, make sure your machine can counter balance the weight and still allow you to lift something. I ordered the 6' wide version which is around 1000 lbs.”

“The bucket that I ordered is very good and works very well. The shipping on the bucket left a lot to be desired. I was reading reviews of people that recieved their equipment in a day or two. I waited two weeks as it sat at various terminals. I know it is not a titan issue directly, but it is does reflect the company.”

“Pretty good unit for the price. There are some better ones out there for sure. And some about the same price that are about the same. All in all though pretty good. The hydraulics are not super strong, the welds are horrible, the bucket has holes in it for some reason by design. Don’t get me wrong, I like it! Just giving a heads up to buyers. If this was 1200$ I think I would have been stoked. The 400$ when I bought it, I guess made me expect a tad more. Customer support has been good though. Only through email.”

“Because I have a smaller tractor, I really didn't need a fork attachment that had a 2+ton capacity (700 lb lift max). The majority of sites I visited didn't seem to offer any smaller fork attachments (larger forks had excessive capacity/price) Once I reached your site, I not only found just what I needed but it was less than 1/2 the price of competors attachments! It still has a capacity of over a ton and the only drawback was that the forks are fixed in position. Due to the price, fast shipping and quality of your product, I would strongly recommend you to my friends. Thank you!”
