“Great delivery time”

“Do better: 1)It is made in China. I saw designed in the US and located in Mathis TN and I assumed US made. Kinda feel like the should be honest about it and claim it. Price is good but is it cheaper enough to justify not going US. Just wished I had known. 2) Shipped a day behind website promise. It says on website it will ship the same day if ordered by sometime in the afternoon central time. I ordered on a Friday morning eastern time and it didn’t ship the same day. It still arrived pretty quickly, it shipped the following workin day, but if you say it then I expect it. 3) I wanted a dual lid option to choose from. 4) it’s mentioned on web you get flat face connectors but doesn’t mention one is male and one is female. I had to wait until delivery to find out. Keep doing: 1) it is heavy and heavy duty thick 1/2” material 2) hoses are and spiral protection wrap is nice 3) like the replaceable teeth 4) quick connect plate is spot on dimensionally and heavy duty 5) flat face connectors”

“i ordered a set of pallet forks from your company and ordered the wrong one and tried to cancell it in a ver y short time and ended up recieving it and had to send it back and reorder the wright one it was a long process and out and extra amount. i dont feel like it was a good expeirence and it took way to long to resolve the problem and i am hesitant to order in the future because of the issue. But once i recieved the product it was very nice and i am very pleased with the product and i would order from again as long as i ordered the right stuff.”

“Received my flail mower a couple of weeks ago and can’t use it because of oil leaks and have had no satisfaction from Titan I can’t use the machine”

“The attachments themselves are fine, but FedEx their delivery system did not do very good at all. They brought half of it but not the other half and they said it was all supposed to be out on the same day.”

“Seems to be of high quality and got drop shipped right to my house by freight. Free shipping is a great deal. Only problem I have is the pins do not line up with the holes on the fork frame so there is some modification needing done to lock in the QA pins. That part is disappointing but other than that, great product.”

“Ordered 72” finish mower. Was very heavy duty and easy to assemble with the help of My tractor quick connect. This is the second attachment I’ve bought from Titan.. My 72” tiller is a beast also. Great products”
