“The website and Attachements are great. The customer service is not quite there. When my attachement showed up it was missing the 2 very inexpensive pins that were clearly shown in the pictures. When I called about the issue the agent did not speak english very well and did not know the product very well. when I asked about the missing pins, that were lost in transit. I know this because the bag that contains the pins was still attached to the attachemt frame. The agent tried to tell me I had not ordered the fork pins. I wanted the frame retention pins. Talk about lost in translation.”

“The stump bucket arrived in perfect condition even though the metal palet it was on was bent significantly. The stump bucket is working well to remove Amure Maple and smaller Ash tree stumps.”

“Attachment is great. The freight delivery service was great. But they were not able to deliver because of the size of the trucks they have and I had to go to them to pick up. I would recommend more info of delivery be gotten on the front end.”

“I purchased new pallet forks which are perfect. I did have a little bit of a challenge being 62 years old dealing with the heavy forks and getting them on a situated, but I am not as strong as I was. Got everything set up on my tractor and they work flawlessy. Great price also.”

“The product itself I haven't tested but just looking at the packaging I'm concerned with the condition it's in. It looks careless the way they packaged it. Rips and tears cover the whole box.”

“After losing my first order, the replacement ballast box arrived about 5 days later but FedEx. A little banged up, box was ripped and the two Cat 1 attachment pins were missing. Was to but two more at Tractor Supply.”

“Excellent company to deal with, bought the 78" offset ditch bank flail mower. What a beast weighing in at 1800lbs. Very heavy duty and well made unit, instructions on assembly were a little vague but a call to Titan helped with that. I bought a grapple from them before (2014) and was the same quality. Great pricing, free delivery what more can you ask for !!!”
