“Hose holders work great. The best part was they were delivered by UPS, and I knew exactly when they were coming. When I’ve ordered large implements, I never know when they are coming. If I’m lucky, the freight company calls me at the very last minute to tell me they’re on the way. I am looking at ordering elsewhere because the freight communication is so bad.”
“I received my crate with my new 155 Flailshift. It is all scratched up and apparently the hinges, shift slide, etc scratched the main body up pretty good. Got everything assembled but had to use 3 nuts and my own washers because the provided hardware was loose and fell out of crate while in shipment. I was ready to use it and apparently the shear pin on the pto shaft was already snapped in half. Now I have a 3800 paper weight on the back of my tractor and I have to order shear pins.”

“The first order of the Ballast Box was shown shipped and I received no more notifiacations, nor did I receive the box. I contacted Titan and they researched and fojund the item lost in shipping. They offerred to refund the payment or reorder the box. I requested a reorder and this time received the ordered item. It was several weeks after the initial order, and was somewhat "banged up/scraped" on delivery, but is functioning well so far.”
