“I did not receive my order after 3 weeks. I reached out and they didn't know what happened but the item never shipped. They were not even aware of the problem or able to provide an explanation for what happened. Their customer service was not very helpful she offered to cancel the order. I said I still the need the ballast box and have been waiting to get it. I requested they expedite the shipment and offer a discount for the significant delay. She said they were not able to do this and I asked for her to talk to her manager. After talking with her manager they reitterated they would not offer a discount and standard shipping would be used. This is just bad business and shows they do not care to make things right when they make a mistake. This is not acceptable, the worst part was they didn't even seem to care that caused a huge incovenince.
When the item arrived there were areas where the black powder coating was scraped off. To make things worse the ballast box does not even align to fit with my Land Pride QH16 quick hitch (the two lower links fit but the upper link is about 1/2" to high for the quick hitch.) Not being able to use the quick hitch is defintely extremely inconvenient.
Other than these issues the product seems to be constructed well and hope it will last fo rmany years to come.”

I'm giving this 3 stars because not sure if I like it or not. I've been grinding and filing on it because it will not lock in place. It's getting close but still hard.Once I'm finished grinding I'll test out the hydraulics and after the locking issue I'm sure that they probbaly didn't chek system for leaks. It seems well built just wish I didn't have to waste my time fixing something that should have been checked at the factory.”

“The whole experience was terrible. I waited 5 weeks for the delivery and when it arrived it looked like it fell off a mountain. The unit I bought was a scratch and dent I suppose I should have requested pictures.(that's on me) when it arrived the fitting on the hydraulic cylinder was broken off and the hose fitting on the opposite side was bent in half. I emailed the ceo and got no response (even from his team). I have 3 titan attachments but my next one will be with a company that cares about my business.”

“My order came in earlier than first expected even with a one day delay by FedEx, I am pleased with my purchase so far, it is a perfect fit. All my parts came in together, a little bit scratched and paint chipped, more than likely during transport ( no packaging associated) but that’s alright they are going to be worked anyway. “The Toro to full sized skid steer attachment was a perfect fit on an scl 1000. One pin was spun in the wrong direction not allowing the locking mechanism to lock, but it was a simple diagnosis. Now I don’t have to buy a new auger attachment as I can use the one for the full sized machine. I’m very happy.”
