“Forks are great and as advertised. The only issue I had was that the shipped lost one of the forks in shipping.”

“This is a strongly built plow and all the parts were there. It was delivered quicker than I expected. The only reason I can't give it a 5 is that the instruction were a crudely drawn picture from only one vantage point.”

“The 3 point quick hitch I received was ad expected and the quality I needed, the packaging could be a little better, my quick hitch arrived with a bent bracket at the top due to someone dropping it, this did not effect the functionality at all.”

“Every attachment I have gotten I have to grind the to of one of the pins to make it fit. No big deal, just doesn't fit the first time.”

“Nice Ballast Box overall. The finish and FEDEX shipping it was not the best. The packaging was not protective at all and most corners did not have much paint on them by the time it got here. It was beat up pretty well by the time it got to me. The box will serve its purpose for me though.”

“I received my order quickly, but the box it came in was falling apart. When I opened the box the paint was scratched at both ends of my new pallet fork attachment. When I went to install my new attachment the two pins would not line up properly so I'm going to have to grind at least one of them. That's why I only gave it four stars or else it would have been five. Otherwise it's a very good attachment, very heavy duty.”

“The pallet forks I ordered had 2 different manufactured forks which were slightly different in specs this made the forks uneven. I contacted Titan warranty they quickly sent me a fork that matched”

“Your customer service on the internet was terrible no help no follow thru I had to drive 2/5 hrs to Mem to return the part then to Horn Lake Ms to get the right one. Everything at both facilities in Mem was extremely helpful could not have been better Get a 800 number with a American speaking person to handle your problem orders iI am happy with the quality of my adapter”

“Not too bad. Website was not updated on the item that I purchased. It had a backorder date for the previous month, so I figured that it might be in stock again. So, I place my order. There was no indication that it would be two separate shipments. I got a tracking number and watched as the delivery day arrived. Got a notification that it had been delivered. Came home to find pallet forks delivered and not the mounting rack for them. Went to the website to see if/when the rack would be delivered. There was no information on it, at all. The order stated that it had been partially delivered, but the was nothing indicating when the rest of the order would be shipped or if it had been. I waited a week, checking daily to see if anything had been updated. Nothing. So the next day I was about to call customer service, but I get a notification that the rack was on its way. I was able to track it through FedEx, but website still only showed that my order was partially shipped. There needs to be something in your order system that can notify and track multiple orders.”

“The work table arrived in a damaged box and had is slightly dented on the table top. Thankfully the rubber mat covers it and it doesn’t affect functionality. Well built and is going to work for my shop.”

“We did not get our order complete at first but one email answered in a timely fashion and the remainder arrived on time as promised. Pallet forks working great and one minor adjustment at one pin like another review indicated. Easy peasy. I would recommend this company”

“Ordered a bucket mount hay spear and it is good quality and easy to mount without modifying the bucket. It shipped quickly however they shipped the spear and the bucket mount separately which cause the mount to show up before the spear did. I'm not sure how this would save on shipping but it's a little annoying to not receive everything at once”
