“This was not my first purchase from Titan. Everything else that I bought from them, including this item, are well made quality items and easy to use. However, the assembly instructions for this item were terrible. I purchased the 5' model for my John Deere 1025R. It came with two sets of plates to hold the tines. Instruction diagram only shows one set. Instructions were useless. Tried chatting with customer service, got me nowhere. Was I supposed to put one set of plates above the tines and the other below?? Was I supposed to put both below?? Also, the fasteners are just zinc; stainless fasteners would have been nice.”
“I watched many videos of your Drum mowers and they looked great but yall must've made changes because I used it 2 times 1st time gearbox started leaking 2nd time I guess it bent now unusable and since iyall say this was not a material defect nothing will be done.
